Emora is seeking a quotation for the supply and delivery of fabric-covered pinboard panels associated with the Northmead PS Planned Maintenance 26/27 project.

The works relate to the refurbishment of RR0003 and RR0004, including the installation of new fabric-covered pinboard panels to nominated wall areas.

Scope of Works

  • Supply EFSG-compliant fabric-covered pinboard panels suitable for use within a school environment.

  • Supply approximately 640.80 m² of fabric-covered pinboard.

  • Panels to be suitable for pinning and wall-mounted application.

  • Provide all panel substrate, fabric facing and factory-applied finishes required for the complete product.

  • Fabric colour and finish to be confirmed in accordance with the project documentation.

  • Provide product data and relevant compliance documentation confirming suitability for the nominated application and compliance with applicable EFSG requirements.

  • Supply and deliver materials to site.

This RFQ is for supply and delivery of the fabric-covered pinboard panels only.

Emora will undertake the installation. No installation labour is required to be included in the quotation.

Please include all material costs, fabrication, packaging, delivery and any other costs required for supply of the pinboard panels.

Please clearly identify the proposed manufacturer/product, panel thickness, substrate, fabric type, colour/finish, panel dimensions, fire performance and EFSG compliance within your quotation.

Please clearly identify any assumptions, exclusions or additional requirements.

Tenderers are responsible for reviewing the available documentation and independently verifying quantities and requirements prior to submitting their quotation.
